Decorative screens for autumn & winter
As we settle into autumn and look forward to the magic of winter, we thought it’d be fun to share some of our favourite decorative screens for the season ahead. From nature-inspired leafy designs to festive stars and baubles, there’s sure to be a decorative screen design for everyone to love!
Undergrowth decorative screens
Nothing says autumn quite like our Undergrowth screen. We love the fallen leaf design, which reminds us of crunching leaves on autumn walks. It looks especially great in Corten or weathering steel (as it’s sometimes known.) This type of steel doesn’t require paint to protect it from the weather and instead reacts to it by forming a coat of reddy-brown oxidation over the metal.
Autumn and winter are ideal times for installing Corten decorative screens. It will give the metal a head start on the natural weathering process. Install now and get that gorgeous rusty finish before springtime!
Starlight
Winter is peak viewing time for stargazing, but if you don’t fancy catching a chill, why not bring the stars inside with our decorative Starlight screen? This stunning design is an excellent choice for wall art, transforming a dull brick wall into something beautiful. Install three panels side by side to create a feature wall in your living room, or install them as stair screens to beautify your hall and landing. The possibilities are endless!
Cold Branch
At this time of year, most of the summer flowers have died off, and the garden starts to look a little bland and bare. So why not install a decorative screen to give it a new focal point?
Our popular Cold Branch screen features a winter tree design and will beautify your outdoor space all year round. Choose from Agate Grey, Anthracite, Pale Green, Pure White, Signal Black or Corten or create a custom order and specify a RAL colour of your choice. We’re all about helping you design the perfect screens for your space.
Winter Silhouette
Sticking with our nature-inspired tree designs, we have the beautiful and on-trend Winter Silhouette screen. Use it to replace broken fence panels and add interest to your garden. Or how about installing wheelie bin screens to keep those eyesores at bay? We don’t know about you, but we’d much rather look at an interesting laser cut design than dustbins. The same goes for oil tanks!
Snowflakes decorative screens
While our Snowflakes screen most certainly has a Christmassy feel to it, it’s still a screen you can enjoy in your home and garden all year round. We think this design would make the perfect privacy screening if you’re deck building for summer next year. Alternatively, it could be installed in the home as an attractive room divider between your living and workspace. Who says you can’t make practical things pretty?
Laurel
Most of us will be spending more time in our homes than gardens over the next few months, so why not bring the outdoors in with our nature-inspired Laurel Screen? This decorative screen would make a wonderful piece of wall art for your kitchen, hallway or bedroom.
Attach it flush to your wall with our wall bracket fixings in a matching RAL shade of your choice for a seamless finish.
Water Reflection
We’ve designed our Water Reflection Screen to bring peace and tranquillity to your home or garden. There’s just something so relaxing about water. Don’t you think?
This winter decor design would make a lovely choice as wall art in your living room or even your bathroom.
We offer several different sizes for our screens, as shown in the product descriptions on our website. But if you can’t find what you’re looking for, feel free to drop us a message. We do our best to accommodate all customisation requests.
Sage
Another one of our favourite nature-inspired screen designs for autumn/winter is Sage. Install it as an alternative to wooden fencing to modernise your outdoor space and add a unique finishing touch.
As well as increasing privacy in your garden, our screens will also offer shelter from the wind. We craft each metal screen from S275 mild steel electroplated with zinc to stand the test of time. The steel is then powder coated to make it extremely durable against all British weather.
Celebration
With Christmas around the corner and life being a little more normal than last year, there’s cause for celebration. This screen serves as a reminder to celebrate the small wins and all of the good things in life.
The Celebration screen features a fun and quirky star design and would make a lovely room divider for children’s bedrooms. Split a large room in two with ease. Or how about using it as a trellis in your garden for climbers come spring? Install it now, ready to give new roses or clematis something to grow up.
Baubles
We know we shouldn’t pick favourites (and they do change occasionally), but Baubles has to be one of our most loved garden screen designs right now. It has a magical feel, and we think it’d make a fabulous choice for both homes and gardens.
With a high infill, it’s one of the best privacy screens and will, therefore, suit gardens with overlooking neighbours.
But don’t worry about waiting until spring or summer to install it. All of our garden screens are 100% weatherproof and suitable for installing throughout autumn and winter. They won’t need any maintenance either. A quick wipe down every so often will be enough to keep them looking as good as new!
